Payment by Credit Card:
Our payment processor will charge up to a 2.9% transaction fee for credit card payments. ACH direct payments are charged at 0.8% with a max of $5.
Our booking agent will charge a 1% service fee for credit card / ACH payments with a max of $5.
Deposits: (per week’s reservation)
$ 600 – 2 bedroom cabin
$ 400 – 1 bedroom cabin
$ 100 – boat/motor rental
Deposit is due within 7 days of making the reservation.
If your reservation must be cancelled, your deposit (Less $100 office and handling fee.) will be refunded if all resort vacancies are filled for the period you reserved. You are responsible for all charges for the dates reserved and the deposit will be applied toward the end of the period reserved.
Guests are responsible for lost or damaged equipment or property and may be billed for replacement costs.
NO CAMPING IS ALLOWED.
All cabins have a flat-screen TV, a deck with table & chairs and a pedestal charcoal grill. Cabins are shaded but also have fans. Kitchens are fully-equipped including microwaves, coffee makers and full-size refrigerators and all bathrooms have showers.
Cribs are available – bring your own baby linens.
You will need to bring: kitchen and bath towels, soap and dish soap, paper towels, salt/pepper, charcoal for grill, etc.
NO SMOKING inside any cabin or the lodge.
Rates are subject to State and Local taxes.
Check In – 3:00 p.m.
In order to properly prepare your cabin, we ask please no early arrivals.
If you will arrive after 9:00 p.m., please let us know.
Check Out – 9:00 a.m.
Non-resort guests add 20% to all equipment rentals.
